Our mindset encompasses prototype through volume production; whether circuit board assembly or turnkey manufacturing of complete systems. 

SCJ models its quality management system after ISO 9001:2008. We anticipate certification in late 2010. We are also Underwriters Laboratory (UL) listed for wire harnesses - File #E250903. We ensure quality by training and certifying our technicians and inspectors to the J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 specifications.

SCJ has a capable and effective Quality Information System (QIS). Our extensive database allows easy data entry for inspection, defective material (DMR), corrective actions (CAR), and return authorizations (RMA).

Electrostatic sensitive devices and assemblies are handled in a safe environment. The entire staff is trained on EOS/ESD principles.
